Senior Architect

Full Time

TPA is seeking a Senior Architect with a minimum of 8 years’ experience, with excellent design skills, and planning and technical knowledge to join our exciting practice in Berkshire. Candidates should be enthusiastic and talented, looking for an opportunity to grow and develop within our expanding team.

The role will predominantly be small to large scale residential with the opportunity to work on a variety of other UK based sectors, ranging from mixed-use, educational, and data centres. Working across RIBA Stages 2 – 6.

Candidates should have a thorough understanding of AutoCAD and Revit. Applicants should have experience in Planning and Permitted Development Rights and residential construction drawings and detailing. The applicant should be highly experienced in construction knowledge and technical drafting skills, written and spoken communication skills, we would envisage the right candidate to have 8+ years experience and have the ability to work autonomously.

Bookkeeper/Administrator

Part Time

We are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our fast growing team. The position involves managing financial records and transactions for our company and supporting the Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks.

The role will include maintaining accurate financial record, processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, reconciling bank statements and financial data, preparing financial reports for management review, assisting with payroll processing, pensions and tax preparation and monitoring cash flow and budgeting activities

Ideally the you will have proven experience as a Bookkeeper/Administrator or similar role, be proficient in Xero and QuickBooks, have a strong understanding of accounting principles, have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. You must have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
